Pricing

By Colorado law, the maximum fee allowed for notarization is $15 and $25 for remote online notarization per document and includes: Receiving evidence of the signer’s identity. Administering an oath or affirmation (if applicable). Applying the signature, notarial certificate, and seal of the notary to the document. 

Mobile Notarial Fee:

Remote Online Notarial Fee:

• Remote Online Notary I $25 per document

Mobile Notary Travel Convenience:

I charge a travel fee per mile traveled for mobile notary which is separate and is in addition to the notarization fee. I am willing to travel up to 30 miles from my location. Payment(s) are due and must be paid and made payable to Manga's Notary Service LLC.

•  $50 (10 mile radius)

•  $3 for every additional mile thereafter 

Apostille Services Fee(s):

• Apostille Fee: I $195+

I-9 Verification/Authorized Representative Fees:

• I-9 Employee Verification I $90+

Field Inspections:

• Field Inspections Fee: $ 30+

Manga's Notary Service LLC accepts Cash, Credit/Debit via Square, Cashier's Check, Money Orders or Business Checks

Cancellations Policy:

• If I arrive at the location for service but the notarization(s) cannot be performed, has to be rescheduled/cancelled, or you lack the proper IDs, etc., preventing the notarization from being completed, the full cost for travel Convenience agreed upon will be due and collected.
